Kai jubana kar ke kathiyan ustat isdi gaayiye je; Kavi ikatthe kar duniyan de upma ehdi likhayiye je. Vidwanan de muhon kar ke mahima ehdi sunayiye je; Vich samundar pa ke syahi ghol davaat banaayiye je. Fir vi is datar prabhu da geet na gaya janda ey; Kahe avtar is paarbraham da ant na paya janda ey. |

Even if we try to sing the praise of God through several tongues put together; Even if we try to get scribed the glory of God from all the poets of the world; Even if the scholars are asked to speak on the glory of God; And dissolve the ink into the ocean and thus convert it into an inkpot (to scribe the glory of God). Even so it shall not be possible to sing the praise of God; Avtar says, it is impossible to measure the Dimensionless. |
Meaning
Here, , Baba Avtar Singh Ji says that man tries many ways to sing God’s glory, yet he fails to understand the greatness of God.
Even if man sings the praise of God many times continuously, gathers all the poets in the world to write His glory or makes the best scholars to describe God. By doing these acts, it is not possible to sing the true praise of the Great God.
Therefore, He conveys that it is not possible to measure the vastness/ greatness of the Infinite One.
